We’ve selected a delicious menu from our new venue, the Event Center at the Brookside Resort, and will feature local wines and a signature cocktail. Must be 21 years or older to attend. Who can attend?
We welcome you and your guest(s) as long as all of you are 21 and older. You don’t need to be a licensed professional to attend the Event Gala.
Can I purchase multiple tickets?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets in the same transaction, and if so, you’ll be contacted to provide the names of your guest(s) for our guest list.
When can I purchase tickets? Can I purchase at the door?
Tickets will be available online starting January 1, 2018. All tickets will be sold in advance; no tickets will be sold at the door. We expect to sell out, so don’’t delay!
Will I get sent a ticket or need to show proof of purchase?
Upon purchase of your ticket(s), you’ll receive a receipt from Square via email and be placed on our guest list. No physical tickets will be sent, nor will you need your receipt.

Will everyone receive a gift bag? When do I get my gift bag?
Yes, every guest will receive a gift bag that will be available immediately after the short program scheduled for 8:15 pm. You must be present to collect your gift bag.
Will there be door prizes?
We have some surprises planned, but you must be present to win.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
Give your drink tickets to a friend and enjoy non-alcoholic beverages.
Where is the event gala held?
We’re excited to be at the beautiful Brookside Event Center (463 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738) where the first three Nail Tech Event of the Smokies events were held from 2008-2010.
When should I arrive?
The doors will open promptly at 7 pm, so show up on time for the best seats available.
Can I reserve seats or a table?
Seating will be open with the exception of reserved tables. If you want to reserve an entire table for 10, please contact Jaime directly to make arrangements.
What should I wear?
The suggested attire is casual dressy, a dressier version of your casual look.
Should I bring my business cards?
Absolutely, we want you to mingle with old friends and make new ones. Note that only Event Gala sponsors will be allowed to distribute products and/or promotional materials.
What happens if I can’t attend after purchasing a ticket?
Refunds are not an option, but you can transfer your ticket to another person as long as you notify Jaime at least 24 hours in advance of the Event Gala.
